We rely on an extensive range of manufacturing technologies and capabilities to ensure the highest precision and quality in the manufacturing of our products.
In addition to purchasing modern technology such as femtosecond lasers , we develop and manufacture our own machines and tools in order to optimally support the manufacturing processes. We have an efficient mechanical workshop where, among other things, molds for silicone and thermoplastic parts, devices and machines for the production of components and products are manufactured.
All necessary manufacturing technologies for the production of active implants (AIMD), even those with very small dimensions, are available. We also master the necessary measurement technology such as helium leak tests or electrical tests.
