The Peter Osypka Foundation is a foundation under civil law that was founded in 1997 by Prof. Peter Osypka and pursues exclusively non-profit and charitable purposes. In particular, projects are carried out in collaboration with recognized aid organizations such as Caritas International. Further support is provided in collaboration with pediatric cardiologists or pediatric heart surgeons who carry out relief missions for needy patients in medically underserved countries. Medical and scientific projects can also be supported after careful selection, in particular studies initiated by doctors that focus on patient well-being.
The founder Prof. Dr.-Ing. Dr.-Ing. Eh Peter Osypka is a recipient of the Federal Cross of Merit and the Lorenz Werthmann Medal of the German Caritas Association.

Local alliance for families – Rheinfelden
“One of our core values is a family-conscious corporate culture, which is essential to securing our future.”
Since March 2014, OSYPKA AG has been active as a member of the Local Alliance for Families in Rheinfelden in order to further develop family-friendliness in Rheinfelden-Baden together with all the companies represented in the alliance. Representatives of the currently 14 alliance companies meet four times a year, trying to further advance the expansion of family-friendly measures in Rheinfelden (Baden) . In addition, the companies also make a financial commitment. Numerous needs-oriented and necessary projects have been implemented in recent years with the help of the Local Alliance for the Rheinfelden Family and improved, renewed or built for the benefit of the citizens. This includes, for example, the redesign of the barbecue area at Hertener Loch by our trainees, as well as support for the Tafelladen. OSYPKA AG also takes part in the popular annual Sterntaler campaign during the Christmas season, in which employees give gifts to needy children up to the age of 16 and senior citizens in need of help. Free information events are also regularly offered for the employees of the alliance companies on specific topics such as “parental leave” or “care and provision ”.
